About

Our Philosophy

Italy’s heritage companies are built on generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, culture and relationships.

Milletta believes evolution should begin by understanding and protecting what makes a company distinctive and bringing it forward with a contemporary voice.

A Thousand Details

Milletta takes its inspiration from mille, Italian for “a thousand.”

A reflection of our belief that identity lives in the details — the histories, gestures, materials and ideas that make something unmistakably its own.

MILLETTA

A tribute to generations of Italian makers and families whose knowledge, creativity and craftsmanship continue to shape what comes next.

Across fashion, food and wine, art, design, automotive and historic properties.

Jennifer Stucko, Founder of Milletta

Jennifer Stucko has spent nearly two decades working across Italian luxury, craftsmanship, manufacturing and brand development. Her career has included roles at Giorgio Armani, Valentino and A.Testoni, giving her a deep understanding of the people, processes and relationships behind Made in Italy.

As founder of Prota Fiori, Jennifer conceived and built an Italian-made luxury footwear company from the ground up, developing new applications for next-generation materials and becoming a named inventor on patented technology. She raised capital and led every dimension of the company's development, from product and manufacturing to brand, communications and commercial strategy.

Her experience combines vision with execution: identifying what makes a company distinctive, shaping its story and translating that vision into commercial opportunity.

Jennifer has long been drawn to Italy's independent and family-owned companies. Years spent across its regions, on factory floors and with the people behind them have deepened her appreciation for their passion, knowledge, craftsmanship and culture, and her conviction that these legacies deserve to be preserved.

Jennifer has built a trusted network connecting Italy and the United States, rooted in Italian heritage, luxury and fashion, automotive, design, food and wine, and historic properties, and extending across media, finance, family offices, law, retail, entertainment and nonprofits.

She is a founding member of Chief, the women's executive network, and a member of the inaugural Harvard Business School Foundry cohort.

Milletta grew naturally from these experiences and Jennifer's enduring belief in the value of Made in Italy.
